Yes. Email the photo to info@3dcrystalpets.com.au and tell us which crystal you are considering. We can advise whether the image is suitable and what may be improved.
What should I include for an urgent order?
Please provide the product you would like, your delivery postcode and country, and the date you need it. Production and delivery are separate timeframes, so we will give you the clearest available guidance.
How long does production take?
Most personalised orders are completed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after design confirmation. Larger or more complex orders may require additional time.
